Paper Sculpting: A Meditation on Flora and Fauna
Class: Paper Sculpting: A Meditation on Flora and Fauna. Photo by Marna Chester.
This class will make you reconsider what you thought you knew about a sheet of paper. Finding inspiration in the flora and fauna of BBG and NYC, we will fold, pinch, tear, and crumple paper to create our own 3-D plant life—while considering positive and negative space as well as light and shadow to create dramatic effects. No art background necessary!
