Learn to make your own fermented ketchup and mustard with Contraband Ferments! Get the history and science behind fermentation, as well as the basic principles to make your own delicious, probiotic-rich condiments. If you're condiment-obsessed like we are, then this is the class for you.
Either have materials on hand to create together during class, or simply watch to discover recipes to make on your own. A materials list can be found in the notes section below and will be attached to your enrollment confirmation email.

Notes: | You must bring your registration confirmation to the Garden for admittance to each class session. Report to the security desk at the 1000 Washington Avenue entrance, and you will be directed to your classroom. Show your confirmation for free admission to the Garden before each class. For drivers, the parking lot is located at 900 Washington Avenue. Allow 5 to 10 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the Education building. |

Registration for Winter/Spring Continuing Education classes will open at 9 a.m. on Monday, December 4.
In order to receive a refund, you must cancel your enrollment at least five business days prior to the class start date. You will be charged a $15 cancellation fee. No Exceptions.
