Intro to Houseplants and Succulents - ON-SITE

Intro to Houseplants and SucculentsPhoto by Lee Patrick.

Did you know succulents breathe through their stomata at night and other houseplants typically during the day? This water-conserving process is called crassulacean acid metabolism. Join us in the Discovery Garden pavilion as we discuss the structural differences between succulents and other houseplants, how their needs differ, and how to propagate them. After potting up together, leave with two plants of your own.
