Tai Chi and Qi Gong for Beginners (ONLINE)

Tai chi and qi gong exercises improve balance, increase blood circulation, relax your mind and body, and increase your internal energy. The instructor will demonstrate movements over Zoom, and students will be given personalized feedback on their practice. Please come prepared in clothing that allows for movement.
