Mindfulness Meditation: Embody Nature Everywhere (ONLINE)

Whether indoors, outdoors, in the city, or in the country, guided meditation practice will support the opening of our senses and our imaginations, connecting to nature and the elements as sources of grounding and resilience. In this online class, we will practice sitting and walking meditation, bringing awareness of the reciprocity between Earth's support and our gratitude.
