Mushrooms are a wonderful crop to grow in the city, and can be incorporated into many existing growing systems. This workshop will explore fascinating fungal intelligence and impart simple and affordable techniques to grow mushrooms in your annual or forest garden for food, medicine, and fun—while building soil health. Get your mushroom garden started this spring for fall harvest!
