Tai Chi for Beginners - ONLINE

Tai chi exercise improves balance, increases blood circulation, relaxes your mind and body, and increases your internal energy. The instructor will demonstrate movements over Zoom, and students will be given personalized feedback on their practice. Please come prepared in clothing that allows for movement.
