Explore the Steinhardt Conservatory’s indoor exhibits, featuring plants from desert, tropical, warm temperate, and aquatic regions of the world. Rotate through activity stations to use real science tools alongside our volunteer Discovery Docents, and design your own science experiment to take home.

| Notes: | Grade: 6, 29 Students Explore the Discovery Garden’s hands-on outdoor displays, including the Fruit and Vegetable Garden and woodland, meadow, and marsh plant communities. Rotate through activity stations to use real science tools alongside our volunteer Discovery Docents, and design your own science experiment to take home. The Discovery Garden is outdoors, so students should dress for the weather. This program is subject to cancellation in inclement weather. Please plan to arrive at the Discovery Garden at the beginning of your program time. |
