Mixology in the Garden: Elevating the Alcohol-Free, Section A—ON-SITE

Join mixologist Jane Grey for a lively introduction to using fresh herbs and fruits to elevate your alcohol-free cocktail repertoire. We’ll learn how to transform our ingredients into balanced, delightful quaffs for everyday enjoyment or your next soirée. Attendees will learn how to make fresh juices, syrups, infusions, and shrubs (the drinking kind!), as well as how to shake and serve cocktails like a pro with a hands-on, guided demo. And though we’ll be focusing on how to make drinks exceptionally delicious and intriguing without the booze, these skills are 100% transferable to spirituous drinks, as well.
