Winter Cordials—ON-SITE

Class: Summer Wellness with Herbal Medicine. Photo by Dawn Petter.
In this hands-on workshop you will learn the art and history of cordial making. Cordials and liqueurs start with a base of alcohol or apple cider vinegar and are infused with herbs, fruit, roots, seeds, spices, and raw honey. The addition of rich flavors and natural sweeteners turns a neutral alcohol into a delectable spirit that is equal parts delicious and medicinal.
