Mindfulness Meditation: Loving Kindness and Resilience - ONLINE

Cultivate love, understanding, and compassion for ourselves, others, and the planet through meditation. Over Zoom, we will practice sitting and walking meditation grounded by the earth wherever we are. This class welcomes adults and children ages 12 and up. Please note that children must also register.
