Get grounded before the next gardening season. Learn strategies to de-stress, cultivate self-care, and avoid burnout. Herbalists from Sacred Vibes Apothecary will lead the conversation about burnout's causes, steps to keep gardening stress-free, and plant allies that help along the way.
