Delve into the wonderful world of landscape painting on the beautiful grounds of the Garden. Learn how to choose what to paint, and what viewpoint works for you. Master the elements of design and color to create the illusion of space and acquire stronger watercolor techniques. Practice note-taking in a sketchbook and develop a personal vision and motif. Students will receive individual and group critiques each session.

(Class skips September 17, October 1, and October 8) Bring your own materials: Landscape Painting: Watercolor in the Garden Materials List Please bring your registration confirmation and a photo ID to the security desk at the 1000 Washington Avenue entrance, and you will be directed to your classroom. In advance of class, show registration confirmation for free admission to the Garden. For drivers, the parking lot is located at 900 Washington Avenue. Allow 10 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the Education building. |

Registration for Winter/Spring Continuing Education classes will open at 9 a.m. on Monday, December 4.
In order to receive a refund, you must cancel your enrollment at least five business days prior to the class start date. You will be charged a $15 cancellation fee. No Exceptions.
