Tai chi chuan is a Chinese martial art that helps balance the yin and yang. Regular practice of the art is good for your health, improving blood circulation, relaxing the mind and body, and increasing the chi (internal energy). The instructor has been practicing tai chi for more than 50 years and is also certified to teach Tai Chi for Arthritis.
