Herbal Remedies for Spring Allergies

While spring is beautiful, it also brings pollen—and the seasonal allergies that come with it. Discover delicious ways to support the immune system with botanical medicines and foods. Students will learn the tools for building resistance to environmental irritants as well as which herbs to reach for when symptoms need to be soothed. Recipes and demonstrations will be included. You may purchase materials in advance of class to make recipes along with the instructor, or just watch and learn! A recipe list will be sent in advance, and will include ingredients such as stinging nettle, goldenrod, and red clover.
