Honey for Health

Honey for Health

Class: Honey for Health. Photo by Elizabeth Peters.

Raw, unprocessed honey is one of nature’s most healing gifts. Naturally antimicrobial and antifungal, it has an array of uses as a first aid ally, skin soother, digestive aid, immune booster, and more. In this class we will explore the many uses of this golden nectar, including how to use it in topical preparations to soothe acne, burns, and dry skin; how to take it internally to diminish allergies, improve gut health, and suppress coughs. You'll also learn how it can be used to make delicious and healing medicinal herbal honeys.
